Our Work Together Through a custom-tailored approach that includes hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, relationship coaching, mindfulness practices, breathwork, and human energy systems, our work together will help you to identify and clear out the patterns that have kept you stuck. Like a butterfly emerging from its crysallis, you will experience shifts and emerge as the upgraded, higher functioning and truest version of yourself. The Process * Identify the areas in your life to focus on (relationships, love, work, etc) and what you want to attract or shift  * Self exploration and awareness of conscious and subconsciously held patterns, beliefs, experiences, etc blocking you from living the life you want  * Set goals and create a plan  * Learn and utilize mindfulness tools and practices to increase your sense of calm, grounding and resilience
